Though I have a fitness routine that I follow and I`m always keen on exercise, even I find it hard to strike up motivation. Especially when I`m tired.
I usually try to convince myself to pull out of bed, get to the gym and start running even if my body is 100% against it. After about 5 minutes, the adrenaline kicks in and it`s all good. But the initial push to get out of bed is the hardest.
How do you guys find motivation in keeping up with your exercise goals?
