I wish I liked more healthy snacks lol. There are very few "healthy" alternatives that I enjoy, and that`s often the reason why I cant stick to them. Lately though, I`ve really been enjoying eating cucumbers just sliced up and sprinkled with salt and pepper. It`s so simple and easy, yet so delicious and refreshing. Plus, I use the homegrown ones so they taste especially fresh! I think I`m going to try the same thing with our homegrown green peppers next!
