Favorite (Straight) Hair Products

I never really pay attention to what products I use in my hair when it`s straightened. Though lately I have been using a few specific products and I have been enjoying them so much that I thought it would be a good idea to share them with you lovelies.

1. Finese Re-Vitality "Fortify & Protect" Leave In Treatment
- This product has been a favorite of mine for a few months. It says that it will help plump, repair, and protect your hair. I believe that it does just that. I spray it in my hair before I blow dry, or straighten my hair and after I do either or both. It makes you hair fill silky smooth, and you immediately notice that it gives some slight body to your hair. My hair became really dry when I went through that "experimenting" faze. Now my hair has grown back (longer than ever), and it looks healthier.
- Purchased from Big Lots for $2.00.

2.Olive Oil Shine (extra virgin) Hair Polish:
- This spray is a finishing mist that keeps your hair soft, smooth, silky, and shiny. I use this when I have second day hair, or when I start noticing my hair looking a little dull. It does exactly what it say. Instantly makes my hair look flawless on a bad hair day.
- Purchased from Beauty Supply for $4.99.

3. Protectiv Root Health "Grow N Repair" anti-itch oil free serum: This is said to instantly sooth and re-moisturize dry, damaged scalp to help stop itching and flaking. It is also said to stop hair breakage and promote healthier looking hair. My scalp tend to itch a lot, so I started applying this to my scalp three to four times a week. I`ve noticed a decrease in flaking and itching. And the roots of my hair look a lot heather.
- Purchased from Beauty Supply for $4.99.

4. Olive Oil "Edge Control": This is an organic root stimulator. It holds stray and baby hair in place. It works wonderfully! My baby hairs are always all over the place, so all I do is apply a little of this to a tooth brush and slight brush over my baby hairs and it instantly holds them in place. I also apply this to stray hairs when I have my hair in a bun or pony tail.
- Purchased from Beauty Supply for $3.99.

5. Coconut Oil: This repairs the scalps, and conditions the roots while adding shine to your hair. This stuff is very light weight. A little of this product goes a very long way. I apply it to my hair before I blow dry it, and it immediately smooths out my hair. When my hair is completely dried, my hair looks silky.
- Purchased from Beauty Supply for $4.99.

I love all of these products. My hair is no longer dry or damaged. My hair has grown back completely, actually longer then before. My hair looks flawless, and a lot healthier. I recommend all of these products. They are inexpensive and work wonder on damaged hair!
