I must admit, i`m a big sodadrinker. There was a long time that i would only drink water and watch what i was eating, blablabla. But now, i`ve tasted the sweet taste of zero drinks. Offcourse i know these aren`t the healthiest drinks, but they are low in calories and i don`t get fat from them, so that`s okay for me. It`s tasty and it fills me up when i`m hungry. Better to take a drink from 14 kcal instead of snacks which are over 200 kcal. Gotta be smart! My favorite drink is ice tea, always been and always will be. I used to drink the normal sugar version, but because the zero version is still as tasty!
This is defenietly my go to drink for when i`m hongry and i need some sugar.. Do you gusy drink water or do you also prefer soda drinks?
