So i`m about to hit the gym, and i thought i would post something about what my favorite stationary cardio is!
Let`s start by stating that cardio is AWESOME!!! it makes you happy, something to do with the hormones your body releases, and lets face it- the fitter you are, the happier you are.
so this summer i`ve really hit the gym hard. i WAS on vacation this past week and didnt get to work out, but i still indulged on all the new foods i tried. But i mean, i wasnt going to neglect myself a good treat while on vacation!!! sadly, i did bring some goodies back with me, but i have the gym to console my tension on the sweet tooth! So now that i`m back into my daily routine, i can remember my favorites and try to lose those 5 pounds i gained on my trip :P
Treadmill!!! <3 i LOVE it! whether it`s putting it at a high incline with a fast pase, or running till my legs give (which is a pathetic 30 minutes:P) it`s fast and easy! put in some great tunes and you`ll easily burn 700 calories in an hour!
Now, i have recently discovered the Mountain Climber, it`s much like the Elliptical but slightly harder, but with the advantage of burning more calories! a great 850 calories in an hour at a pretty high level!
It`s always good to finish off with some stretches and breathing excersises ofcourse!
What are some other great stationary cardios that you love to do?
