My favorite snack whenever I go to a "cha chang tang" is the fish filet with salad.
Cha Chang Tangs are Hong Kong style cafes that you find everywhere. But they`re not so healthy. The regular food there is over 700 calories a meal! Even I wonder how Chinese girls are so skinny eating all that food.
Even the salads are full of mayo!
This is probably one of the healthiest options I found, which is a regular fruit salad with breaded fish filet.
