This feta cheese dip looks really tasty and pretty simple to make too. I`m definitely going to try this soon. The ingredients for it are:
- 1 block of feta cheese
- 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- a pinch or two of dried oregano
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and serve with toast, crackers, pita bread and/or sliced vegetables (like carrot, cucumber, peppers, celery). Great for a snack and for party food too.
