I found this video on the Internet which shows one way to try to trick people.
The video shows what appears to be a normal iPhone, starting with the box and the accessories listed inside: headphones, USB cable, charger and even the small metal ejector SIM cards.
But in reality the device is only an imitation, which has a light hidden in its interior and powered by batteries to create a low battery message. The person who buy the iPhone think it is genuine but when get home is faced with a really bad surprise.
So my advice is just to buy the iPhone in stores, but if you find for sale at a cheaper price, at least test the device and be suspicious if the price is very low.
