I used to have a major addiction to eye-shadow, and wear neutral eye-shadows almost every time I wore make up, but recently with school being so hectic I just wear very simple make up to school which no longer includes eye-shadow. However sometimes I do like to experiment with the eye-shadows in my collection and try out different combinations.
Lately I have been sporting this eye look, when I`m wearing eye-shadow. I have to admit I am quite proud of my little combination. It is simple enough to wear to everyday functions but still can look quite classy and elegant.
Firstly I start off with my good old NARS Smudge-Proof Eye Shadow Base, a must for my eye-shadows to stay put. Then I apply the Satin, Taupe shade from this Avon True Colour Quad, in Mocha Latte. A bit of MAC All That Glitters Eye-Shadow in the inner half of my eyelid. Next the dark brown shade, again from the Avon quad which using a pencil brush I very lightly apply to the crease, for a subtle contour. Lastly smudge some of Bourjois Intense Eye-Shadow in 10 (A matte black) along the upper lash line. Finished off with Revlon Photoready 3D Volume Mascara on the upper eyelashes, and any product remaining on the brush was applied to the bottom lashes. Afterwards a bit of Lancome`s Le Crayon Khol in Noir was added to the outer third of the lower waterline.
Pretty simple, Right?!
