OMG!!! This papaya fish soup is extremely delicious!!!!!!!!! This soup itself is so sweet and nutritious which is ideal for everyone.
This soup is rich in carotenes, antioxidants and vitamin C. It is the soup to make for women who are going through confinement and is said to aid in production of milk for breastfeeding women.
Green or almost ripe papaya, Ginger,
Add all these ingredients into a pot and boil it for about 30 minutes.
For richer or stronger taste, boil the soup until the water turns to milky colour(About 1-2 hours)
P.S. The fish will disintegrate. This is why I suggest u using a soup bag to put the fish in to keep all the contents contained.
