Extra Boost To My Workout

I always thought of trying a detox drink but just couldn`t really wrap my mind around it, until I found a recipe for a natural cleanse that I can do whenever I want without having to change my diet. I like to drink at least two of jugs on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, these are the only days I do NOT workout. Believe me when I say it works.

All it is is lemons, cucumbers & fresh mint. Add as much or less as you like. I made the mistake of adding too much mint one time & then cucumbers another. I know some people who add a dash of cayenne pepper to theirs. Just remember not to over do it with the detox drink though.
