Most people don`t have time to go to the gym or work out...at least not me. Having to work and take care of the kids, I would rather use the extra time (if I`m lucky) to sleep. We all know that exercising play a very important role in your health. My goal is not to look like a model but to stay in shape and healthy. I was reading these pointers on http://nanoworkout.com and learned a few things you can do.
As shown in the pictures (not mine), you can stretch while watching tv on the couch at home. Do some chair crunches while at work..and my favorite, lifting weight while food shopping. I thought these are very good tips that people don`t realize they can be doing.
