So A couple of days ago my Dad asked if I would like an exercise bike.
I`ve not had much mega exercise recently as the weather is not great and I HATE gyms, so because he rides everyday he thought it would be good for me.
I said yes and I have used it for a couple of days now.
The one in the picture is the one I got, though not that exact one, and other than the seat being pretty uncomfortable it`s not to bad.
I don`t want to gain muscle from this, so just trying to keep it light to burn some calories, though my main problem area is my stomach so I`m not sure it will do much for that, but we`ll see.
Does anyone else have an exercise back? Any tips? And do you enjoy using a bike?
