Hey dolls! So today I just wanted to share some information and my personal opinions! So this is going to be about weight control and that kind of stuff. This post is more for girls or teenagers like me! I have heard lots of girls saying "OMG, I`m too fat, I have to loose some weight"... BUT..Sometimes my friends are like- how can you be so confident about yourself but yes I`M! I know girls who watches TV programs or reads magazines and they are looking at models and they are thinking that they want to be one of them. BUT THAT`S PHOTOSHOP. You can`t be perfect. Obviously every girl wants flat belly including me but sometimes I`m saying my self- why? I don`t need to be perfect and I like the way I`m. I`m not too fat and I`m not too skinny and that`s even better I`[m in the middle! And girls who start their diets they have to think about it carefully because even diets can go wrong. I`m not saying you have to be fat you have to sit home blah,blah but you can exercise but don`t take that very,very seriously.And every single girl has to look after herself but do that carefully. So please be careful dolls and remember you are beautiful :)
