Last night I had to stay up late to study for a midterm, so my boyfriend made me some healthy munchies to keep me going. He took wheat and honey crackers, spread them with veggie cream cheese, and then topped each one off with a slice of cucumber and a yellow bell pepper strip. It sounds like a weird combination of toppings, but when you eat it all together they`re a little sweet and a little savoury and just perfect with the cripsness of the cucumber and the crunch from the pepper.
