Eureka, an American Craft Restaurant is known for their beers and burgers opened last year at a local Mall I love to shop at! I decided to drop by with my boyfriend for a snack and they Happy Hour daily from 2pm to 6pm. Their happy hour menu (appetizers) are quite affordable from $2 to $6 plus discounts on beers and such. My boyfriend and I decided to share Eureka`s Nacho Average Nachos. This appetizer is normally $9.50 but during 2pm to 6pm, it was just $6 bucks!
What`s in the nachos?
Roasted hand-pulled chicken, black beans, homemade guacamole, diced tomatoes, cilantro, Monterey Jack cheese, covered with sliced jalapeños, chipotle sauce, and drizzled sour cream.
Thoughts? The roasted hand-pulled chicken had a sour/tang to the chicken which was refreshing. I am usually hesitate to eat beans but I literally thought these were mini sized olives until my boyfriend told me they were beans! The homemade guacamole was BOMB.
Overall: These nachos were delicious, I just wished there were more homemade guacamole and cheese because when I think of nachos - I think of cheesy right?! My boyfriend and I enjoyed these nachos and definitely worth the price.
Have you ever dined at Eureka before? If so, what do you like to order here? This was our first visit!
