When the first time I saw Snow Globe being released by China Glaze, I really had to get it because of how gorgeous it looks from the bottle. Have you ever encountered a problem to match what polish to wear as a base when you are layering glitter polish, but don`t know what to match with it? Well, that was a problem I had so I was googling what to wear with Snow Globe and decided to come up with this combination. Not the best combination, but it isn`t the worse either.
<strong>Essie "Master Plan"</strong> is a warm taupe gray and is a creme finish. It applied very nicely and I love how it looks against my skin tone.
<strong>China Glaze "Snow Globe"</strong> is a sheer color base with multi-colored glitter. It is a tad bit thick and has a gel like consistency.
I do like the combination but then at the same time I don`t. I am not sure if my base color was dry or not because when I applied Snow Globe on all my accent nails, it seems like it sunked it. Not sure what caused that but oh well. I still love the CG polish though, and the Essie one but maybe not paired together.
<strong>What`s on My Nails:</strong>
- 1 coat of Sally Hansen Hard as Nails base coat
- 2 coats of Essie Master Plan
- 1 coat of China Glaze Snow Globe on my accent nails
- 1 coat of Seche Vite top coat
<em>What do you think of this manicure?
Do you think this is a fail combination or it`s pretty okay?</em>
