Well, I recently had my nails done at the local salon and went with Essie`s `Master Plan` on my fingernails. In the last few weeks I have seen several girls pick up this shade and it looked good on them, so I decided to try it out myself.
Described on Essie`s website as "a soft mischievous grey", Master Plan went on well with two coats. The nail technician`s first coat seemed a bit streaky, but it all evened out fine with the second coat. It also dried relatively quickly under the dryers, which is always a bonus.
I would definitely wear this color in the fall/winter in a professional setting, but I am not crazy about it for summer. It is a beautiful taupe creme, and while similar to Essie`s `Chinchilly` (another personal fav), it is several shades lighter (as a reference for all you ladies out there). Honestly, on me it appears as a beige-y/grey color....
