This is Essie`s Barefoot In Blue. It is a collaboration polish between Essie and Toms. I received this bottle in the mail, free, for signing up and winning on their facebook page. They created this polish for their One Day Without Shoes campaign. It is to bring awareness to the children in other regions of the world who do not own shoes or sufficient shoes. You can find out more from their site: http://onedaywithoutshoes.com. This polish reminds me a lot of Essie Lapis Of Luxury. I would have to swatch them side by side, though, to be certain just how similar they are. Right now I am going to go out on a limb and say if you have one you don`t need the other. In the photos I am wearing two coats. This polish applied nicely, but I do think you need two coats to get everything completely smooth and even. The finish isn`t quite a true jelly, yet it isn`t a creme, either. I`m going to say it is somewhere in between, thus making it a JREAM (pronounced DREAM)...haha... see what I did, there? Jelly + Cream =...okay, you got it. It is a fantastic spring color. This looks like a cornflower blue to me. It has a clean look to it. Over all Barefoot In Blue is a fantastic polish. I`d recommend getting it, but according to Essie this is a limited edition color and I believe it was only released to a couple thousand through the facebook event. But, again, back to Lapis Of Luxury... that`d make a good one to have in place of this (if they aren`t exact dupes already).
