I just started going to the gym again today and my go to machine is this Precor EFX 546i Experience Elliptical Cross-Trainer. Since I have weak joints (especially my knees) this machine is a low impact workout to be easy on your joints plus help you burn calories! This machine is super easy to use and navigate and definitely makes you sweat! In about 30 minutes, I`ve gone almost 2.5 miles and lost 274 calories. And, for someone like me who dislikes running, this is a lot more motivating.
