Hey guys ! So today I will be doing a review on ELF`s Studio Brush Line. I only own three of the brushes, which are from the top to bottom, the Powder Brush, Blush Brush, Complexion Brush. I`ve had them for some time , and I have to say, I really like these brushes.
Powder Brush: I actually like using this brush for foundation. It works excellently to stipple the product on . When using this brush, it really gives a natural look, and it doesn`t make the product look cakey. The only major problem with this brush is that the glue is loose so the part that connects the actual bristles to the handle is wiggley. I`m kinda scared it might come off all together. (4/5)
Blush Brush: This is really nice brush to apple blush on the apple of the cheek. It is also great for contouring and bronzer because of its pointed edge.(5/5)
Complexion brush: This brush is really nice for setting your foundation. I have heard complaints that it doesn`t pick up as much product, which is kind of true, however its good for setting makeup, not as much as use it by itself for powdering, and no foundation.(4/5)
I noticed for all three brushes, when you first get it, you will experience shedding. However, after a few washes, it will stop.
Overall, I highly recommend these brushes. They are really soft, and work well ! OH, and please excuse the dusty bristles, I haven`t touched face makeup this summer , so I haven`t used these in a while. Anyways, thank you for reading, and my pictures, so please dont use !
