When I first started damping in makeup last year I wax on a mission to find some nice affordable brushes to hold me over until my techniques really flourished. Naturally, I turned to Elf. I initially purchased this brush for foundation but was left wanting a little more after my first time trying it. It`s not really a bad foundation brush but it wasn`t as dense as the stippling brushes I`d see the youtube gurus using. Eventually I stopped using it for foundation and started using it as a blush brush. Best thing I could have ever done! This brush is great at applying super pigmented blushes and giving a nice airbrush finish. It`s super cheap at just $3 but it is crazy soft and I don`t think I`ve even experienced any shedding. I did, however, have one issue with this brush. Like a couple other of my Elf brushes the handles come out of the ferrules over time. You can easily glue them back for an easy fix but it`s still a bit annoying. I can definitely live with it. Until I get a better brush I`ll be using this baby!
