Yesterday I was browsing around Target and found a small display of e.l.f.`s mineral products! I`m quite happy that Target`s getting more e.l.f. products from both their essentials line and studio line. They now have products like the Studio HD Powder, Mineral Infused Face Primer, and Kabuki brush which have all been on my list of things to try for ages. But with all the makeup I have, I just couldn`t justify buying more (although I did try to!). But when I saw this, I thought I`d give it a shot because it`s technically a skin care product as well.
Stress from school and being to lazy to carry out my skin care routine has caused me a few spots and I`m always on the look out for products that could possibly speed up the process of getting rid of them. Sometimes, I use my Queen Helene Mint Julep masque to spot treat, but I wanted something that I could use during the day. I had also had e.l.f.`s Zit Zapper which worked well for me, but I had run out and wanted to try something new. So hence the new buy. It contains sulfur, willow bark extract, and tea tree. All three good agents to get rid of those nasty little spots. From using it overnight, I`ve found that it significantly lessened the size and redness. So far, I quite like it!
What I like even more about this product, is that it`s suppose to be a dupe for Bare Minerals Blemish Therapy which retails for $18 at Sephora. This was less that a third of the price at $5 and has almost, if not, identical ingredients!
Have you tried this product before? What do you think of products like this?
