ELF HD Blush Review
I wanted to share my quick review of the ELF Studio HG blush.
I was really curious to try this product since unlike a regular powder blush, this is a liquid. I tried it out in the colour Superstar, which is a pink shade with a hint of coral. I must say that this product is a little difficult to work with. The fact that it is a liquid makes it much less forgiving than a normal blush: it is very easy to go overboard and end up with clown cheeks using this product. But because it is SUPER pigmented, it is also INCREDIBLY long lasting and a little bit will go a long way.
Like a cream blush, this blush blends well into the skin, and will last throughout the day. I also love the packaging, since the pump dispenser allows you to control how much product comes out. The smallest bit of product will have you set honestly maybe the size of a pin head for each cheek. I find the best way to use this product is apply it and blend it using your fingers. It results in the most natural looking application, because brushes can make it look streaky.
For beginners, it might even be useful to apply over foundation but under your setting powder, since you can use more or less powder to soften the look if need be.
Its a little tricky, but once you get the hang of it, its a fun product to include in your make-up arsenal.
It sells for $3 dollars at http://eyslipsface.com.
