ELF brushes VS. Sigma brushes

Hello! I have three ELF face brushes and I`ve decided to compare them with three others from Sigma.

Starting with the Powder Brush. I know it`s one of the most famous brush from ELF, but honestly, I never thought it was nothing special. I got it almost a year ago and I rarely use it. For applying liquid foundation I prefer the F80 because it gives such a pretty finish. To apply powder I prefer a kabuki or a round top powder brush.

About the Blush Brush. I really like this brush. The blush brush from Sigma is angled and it fits perfectly in the face for applying blush or bronzer, but the format of the ELF, although different, also fits well. I`ve used it a lot for applying blush or even highligther, since it is a bit smaller.

Finally, the Complexion Brush. It`s very soft (like the other brushes) and works perfectly in the application of powder on her face. However, for this purpose I prefer the Sigma one because it is more "fluffy" and I feel that the products apply more evenly. I still use a lot to contour and to apply blush.

In resume, if you have brushes from Sigma (or from another brand you like) you are perfectly well served. If you are looking for economic brushes to start a makeup kit, the ELF ones are very good.
