Protein, protein, and more protein. I was rushed to get out of the house this morning, so I didn`t have a chance to have breakfast. I try to always have a bit of something (should never skip breakfast), but it just slipped my mind today. So what did I do? Made up for it at lunch!
I lightly scrambled two eggs and grinded a bit of sea salt on them. And on the side, grilled some lean pork on a pan grill (since it is way to chilly to be doing it outside), and added a bit of salt and pepper.
And for dessert? A nice plump apple =D
I was definitely full after that meal.
