On my mornings off, I try to treat myself to a really great breakfast. I am up and at the gym at 5:30am almost every day of the week, so getting to recovery with a real breakfast (instead of a recovery protein drink) is definitely nice.
Quickly cooked up some eggs for my protein intake, and then sliced up fresh avocados, giving me some good fats. And of course I had to add leftover roasted brussel sprouts because they are way too good to not have with any meal!
Now I am ready for my long day.
