Eggs amp Potatoes for Breakfast!

This is my first food blog! I don`t know why I never take pictures of some of the foods that I eat but I decided to today because I was so proud of it.
So this morning I made myself a delicious eggs sandwich with a side of potatoes (a lot of them). I started by toasting two pieces of bread, and cutting two white potatoes into tiny slices. I put the potatoes into a pot of water and when the bread was nicely toasted I spread butter on it and let it sit for the next ten minutes to soak up the butter while I cooked the rest of the food.
Next I boiled the potatoes until they were soft enough, but not too soft where they would fall apart. I had them in the water with the heat on high for about ten minutes.
Then I fried two eggs, one at a time, and salted them before putting them on the toast.
Lastly I poured myself a glass of cold milk and sat down and enjoyed.
Overall this took only about fifteen to twenty minutes to make, including prep and cleanup.
