Omelette CHICKEN: beat 3 egg whites, add the egg yolks. Put a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon (tsp) cornstarch. In a frying pan put enough oil to cover the bottom, pour half of this mixture, add the chicken (which can be enriched with parsley, corn, etc.). Put the rest of the mixture and fry well on one side (6 minutes - fire low), with the help of a slotted spoon and spatula, flip the omelette, being careful not to break, and fry the other side.
