Egg whites in an egg poacher

<div><div style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;font-size:11pt">Egg whites from a carton, some leftover mushrooms that were sautéed as a steak topping the night before and one mini sausage per egg poaching cup. Served here with half a bagel top, topped with fig spread. Yummy! <br />
