Today I posted about the crème brulee I made recently and since to make crème brulee you only need the yolks, It was a shame to just throw away the egg whites. So, because I hadnt had much to eat for dinner because I wasnt feeling to hungry and was also saving for the crème brulee, I decided to use the egg whites and scramble them with some black pepper and this way they didnt go to waste and I had something more for dinner.
Egg whites are great because they have few calories, no fat and a decent amount of protein.
