Probably, one of my favourite Asian snacks of all time, egg tarts! These delicious custard filled starts are commonly served with dim sum or yum cha, and they`re so yummy!
They taste best when they are fresh from the oven, but make for a nice treat cold as well.
My favourite kind are the ones that have a nice and flaky base and lots of custard inside, those are the best!
