Egg Rolls

My mom and i made egg rolls a few nights ago. This was my first time making them, i`m so glad my mom was there to help me along the way. This is the recipe of how we made our egg rolls that my family loved! It was seasoned well and very crispy!

Here is what you need:
-spring roll wrapper
-sweet chili sauce (for dipping)
-soy sauce
-ground pork or chicken
-salt and pepper

Here what to do:
-Start by dicing up the onions, cabbage, and carrots.
-Sautee the vegetable and meat in a pan.
-Add soy sauce, pepper, and salt to taste.
-Let filling slightly cool
-In a separate pan, fill it with oil.
-Begin making your egg rolls by placing filling on sheets of wrapper and rolling into place.
-Drop a few egg rolls at a time into the hot oil.
-When done, let cool on a paper towel.
