Egg Roll for Lunch

I made a simple egg roll for lunch today. Usually I would`ve at least used green onion for some extra flavour but there wasn`t any so I just used eggs and salt. In a bowl I cracked the eggs, added a pinch of salt, and beat the eggs together. On a pan on medium heat I added oil all around then poured in the egg. I moved the pan around to form a circle then waited for the bottom to cook. Once cooked, I turned down the heat, folded in from one side, and continued until most of it was folded before I added the remainder of the eggs. I repeated the process and cooked for one minute on each side to make sure it was fully cooked. Let the egg roll cool for a few minutes before cutting into it otherwise it may fall apart. Although it`s just eggs and salt, it was delicious and it`s a good side dish with a bowl of rice.
