Egg Pudding by Neuza Costa

Ingredients for 6 slices:
12 eggs
0.5 l milk
0.5 kg of sugar
150g Sugar
1 cup of water

1. In a pudding, let it boil 150g of the sugar and water glass.
Simmer until it starts to gain color.
This process takes between 10 to 15 minutes.
When you start gaining color, stir to stay the same.
When you start getting with caramel, delete the fire.

2. With the help of a spoon, line shape with caramel.
Repeat the process until the caramel cool and stay glued to the shape.

3. Break the eggs into a bowl and stir in half a pound of sugar.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Add the milk and whisk some more until all mixed.
Put pudding inside the shape and the cover tape.
Place the shape into a pan to the oven and pour water into the pan until the middle of the form.

4. Take the pudding in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour and a half to bake in a water bath.
After 1 hour and a half to get ready, carefully remove the form from the inside of the pan and turn the pudding onto a plate.
Leave to cool.
