Egg + Avocado = Eggvocado!

I`m really into breakfast foods like eggs and recently got into eating avocadaos. So this simple recipe for this egg/avocado combination breakfast that I found on the Traveling Spoon Blog (definitely recommend this website for all my pseudochefs out there) was a must-try for me. The eggvocado looks really cool (great to impress friends!) and tastes great because of the combo of creamy avocado and molten egg. :)

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and create a small bowl using aluminum foil to bake your eggvocado in.
2. Scoop out a small amount of the avocado to create a large hollowed section.
3. Place the avocado in your aluminum foil bowl and crack the egg into the hollow section of the avocado.
4. Top egg with salt and pepper and any toppings you choose and bake for about 15 minutes for a tender yolk with no runny whites (you can more or less of this time to get your preferred egg type).
5. Serve warm and enjoy! :)

Try out the eggvocado. I`m sure you won`t regret it!!
