This morning I was so ubber hungry. I jetted down stairs a nd wiped out my skillet . I began to cook mix veggie tables on low. Next I cracked open three eggs and removed the yolk. Later i whiped the egg white till they were nice and frosty. I add some salt as always for a kick in taste and it was mandatory. Once it was all done cooking I dumped it whole onto my plate. I warmed up some sauce to top it with .It was so delicious. The best part about the breakfast is that it will keep me full, it nutritious, a great source of fiber and taste.
