I have really long straight hair, about down to my butt, and it gets really flat and its hard to maintain volume because of how heavy it is. You have to be careful with layers because it can look choppy and wispy at the ends. So at night every night after my run and shower, I put my wet hair up in a tight top knot bun and sleep in it, and when I wake up and take it out, its all wavy and beachy and voluminious. I don`t use any products either, although when I use the Herbal Essences curl booster mousse, the curls are more defined and bouncy. It looks like I put much more effort into it than I actually did, I literally spend like 30 seconds tops on my hair daily. Try it out, see if you like it(:
