Snack time comes and your thinking What to eat? Now don`t panic. There are so many healthy options you can go for. One of my favorites is fruit smoothies. I use fresh or frozen veggies, a serving of yogurt (usually just plain) and a cup of milk and blend it in the blender. Fruits and veggies are easy to snack on, will fill you up but aren`t bad for you. Another good option is air popped popcorn. I like putting butter salt on mine, so much better for you than actual butter. Next up are the crystal light juice pops. Such a good option for something cold! They are only 15 calories a Popsicle. They come in amazing flavors. Cheap and easy option, sugar free jello! So many flavors to choose from and they are super cheap. What are your favorite healthy snacks?
