mcdonald`s is usually the last place i would go for a meal, but that`s just how things ended up today. i wasn`t sure what to get because i haven`t been in a really long time. i used to get a big mac or the 20 piece chicken nuggets to split with my mom or dad, but i wanted something that was actually a little better for me nutritionally.
i ended up ordering 2 grilled chicken snack wraps, one ranch and one chipotle BBQ, and a side salad. the three items together was not cheap... more than $5! when i got my food, everything was rather small, especially the two wraps. at least the chicken seemed like legit chicken and not grind up god-knows-what like in mcnuggets. i asked for the low fat italian dressing for my salad and i only used about half the packet because i never use all of the dressing that fast food places serve with their salads - it`s so excessive!
it was actually surprisingly filling and i didn`t end up eating the ranch wrap because i was pretty full after the salad. one wrap and the side salad is just about 350 calories or so i think, which isn`t bad, and i`m glad i didn`t have to eat the other wrap i ordered to feel full.
