I lost alot of wieght by laying off the bad foods and working out. I started losing wieght when I was about 12 because I was tired of people telling me I look fat. I basically wieghed the same wieght for 3 years at about 110 pounds. Recently I started working out again and I lost like 10 pounds. Im now 100 ( im 5ft). However, I still feel fat and my stomach rolls really bother me. This summer I am hoping to loose 5-10 more pounds, making me 90- 95 pounds. I know it might sound a little crazy for a teenager to loose this much wieght in such a little time period, but I have my ways. I am determined to get to this down to this wieght no matter what I have to sacrifice.
