Read from this book,
"Did you know? Short-term fasting does not decrease fat burning enzymes. In fact, scientific research CLEARLY shows that the exact opposite happens - Short-term fasting increases the activity of fat burning enzymes." So for those of you that believes in "diet truths" that says that you must keep on eating to loose weight should reconsider. The idea is simply silly and dangerous.
