Nothing beats having fresh fruit juices in the mornings.
I miss having fresh fruit juices when I lived in Malaysia. I like to start most of my days off by having a fruit smoothie or some fresh fruit juice.
This morning I had some watermelon juice. I used 2 cups of roughly chopped watermelon and about 1 cup of ice. I did not add any additional sugars or sweeteners because it was already sweet from the natural sugars. I used a small strainer to take out all the seeds that got blended up in the process.
Watermelon juice is so refreshing and not a lot in calories, I believe only 1 cup of watermelon is about 92 calories, so not too bad.
