I always have this snack when I feel hungry for something light. It`s filling and provides a lot of protein which is good if you do a lot of exercise.
1/4 of an onion
1 can of tuna
1.) Chop your onions into a nice mince. Put it into a bowl
2.) Open your can of tuna and put it in the bowl
3.) Juice your limes into the bowl
4.) Mince your jalapenos and put them into the bowl.
5.) Mix the whole thing up
6.) Add mayo or hot sauce! Serve with crackers
