After making this dish I didnt realize how EASY it is to make! My family loved it and its definitely soemthing I`d make again. You first cut the core of the cabbage head out adn boil the whole cabbage for 10-15 minutes. Make sure you dont over cook it though. Set the cabbage aside to cool off. In a pan, brown the ground beef (or pork, turkey etc.), onions, garlic, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and any other spices of your choice. You then rip off the leaves of the cabbage, stuff about 1 tablespoon of filling in each leaf, roll it up and place it in a baking dish. Top it with 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can chicken broth. Into the overn it goes at 350 for about one hour. Enjoy! ( I paired my cabbage rolls with mashed potatoes and homemade pickled onions )
