Today i want to share with you guys, something to do with smoothies.
This blog is actually going to be a receipt for delicious forest fruit and banana smoothies. SUMMERS AHEAD OF US, so why not try out some new things. You can get different flavours for smoothies, however today I will tell you a recipe for this one. It can be used for a smooth start to your day. Try this ultra-easy breakfast drink
- any fruits that you like
- low-fat yogurt
1. Put all the fruits that you have decided to pick out.
You can try thing liks strawberries .. with apples.
and much more :)
2. Add low-fat fruits yogurt.
3. Leave it fridge for few minutes and youre done.
This recipe is the easiest and simplest recipe you can make. Also, its delicious and worth the time. Do let me know what you think, and if your try it.
