Today I was sifting through my nail polish collection (which I`ll post about later) and found I had a clear polish I never ever use! I also found some loose glitter that I had but never use since it`s so difficult to control and not get all over. Instead of throwing the two out, I decided I`d mix them together! I used just a scrap piece of paper to make a funnel and dumped the glitter in. In the future if I do this again I`ll make sure to add a little glitter, then mix the polish as the glitter clumped up at the opening of the bottle. When I finally mixed the glitter into the polish evenly I thought I`d do a quick swatch! It came out beautiful - full of glitter with just one coat!
This is a great way to use up products that you didn`t love, or weren`t using before! If the polish you`re thinking of using is a little thick, I`d recommend a polish thinner to make sure the final product isn`t too thick.
