I`ll admit it, I love tuna noodle casserole! However, I am always a little disappointed in how much slack there is in the cheese and crunch department when I have made it in the past. I went all out with the cheese and crunch this time. It was extremely simple to make, too! I boiled up my noodles, put them in a casserole dish with shredded cheese, cream of mushroom, a can of mixed veggies, and two cans of tuna and baked it for 20 mins at 300. Then I topped it off with goldfish crackers and baked it for another 5 mins. It was great!
