Easy Breakfast

This is what I had for breakfast this morning. It is east to whip together and quite healthy. I have posted about how much I love cottage cheese before. This is another combo that I love.

This is simply, a couple big spoonfuls of small curd cottage cheese and then a handful of both raspberries and blackberries.

I love that you can put so many different fruits into the cottage cheese and it is just so good. Some other awesome things to put into it are pineapple chunks and strawberries. I think the pineapple chunks are my favorite, though.

And, as usual, I had a big mug of coffee with a bit of vanilla creamer in it. I can`t do black coffee. I just don`t enjoy the flavor of it.

I also do something similar from time to time and replace the cottage cheese with plain/greek/or mild vanilla yogurt and then toss in some honey (if unflavored or too tart) and some berries. That is probably more common for others than to do the cottage cheese.
