1 pound ziti pasta
2 jars Ragu pre-made any flavor Tomato Sauce
Pre-made frozen meatballs
1 pound of fresh mozzarella
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400F
In a large pot boil boil salt and boil pasta until Al Dente, (9mins) do not over cook. Pasta will be too mushy. Drain pasta.
Mix cooked pasta and tomato sauce and thawed forzen meatballs. Cut mozzarella in cubes. Throw in parmesan cheese and ground pepper.
Place pasta in a non stick 9 x 9 baking dish. Cover the top of the pasta with the sliced mozzarella or provolone. You can add Parmesan.
Cover dish with foil and bake until top cheese is melted and lightly browned. About 35 minutes. Serve immediately.
